Very irresponsible people. It was a breeze to pay for my pet license when the city of Pasadena was taking care of it. Since those idiots took over, it has been one nightmare after another paying for a pet license, beside the fact that they doubled the fee compared to what the city of Pasadena used to charge.
They send you a bill without a return envelope, as if they are so poor, they cannot include a self-addressed envelope in their mail.
They have a great looking website, which most businesses cannot afford to have. There is link where you can donate money, but no link for paying for a pet license.
I hate dealing with a bunch incompetent people. When I first received the bill for my pet license for this year, I called and inquired why there is no return envelope included in the mail, or a way to pay the fee online. Their answer was You can come here and pay the bill here as if people are sitting on their behinds all day long, that they have all the time in the world to drive all the way to their facility.
Wake up you group of imbeciles. It is the digital age, serve people well or don t call yourselves animal lovers.
