We rented a car from Alamo in Bozeman. A week later received a call from Alamo that we returned the car with a scratch on it. We 100% absolutely did NOT. We self inspected the car prior to turning it in....shame on us for not taking pictures...lesson learned. No-one even identified themselves as an "inspector" upon turn in so who knows how long it sat in their lot. We then received correspondence from their "bulldogs" PurCo looking to extort $1300 from us on behalf of Alamo. It is very important to note that this is the first time we EVER waived their collision insurance and the first time we ever were charged with damage....coincidence or not? The more reviews I read the more I am certain they are running a scam out of both offices. Cover all your bases when renting from Alamo in Bozeman
