called to see what kind of oil filter I needed for ztr mower I bought from them. 1st wanted to know if I bought from them and still refused part #. told them brother in law was on way to their store and I needed part # so he could pick it up. I asked why he wouldn't give # and he said there were 20 different types even though I told him specifically. He told me to tell bro in law to give them my name and tel # even though I had already given it to them and they could look it up. I told them to look it up and give to me and after I told them I didn't appreciate that they were pretty much forcing me to buy from them and I would not buy from them again. he then gave me part # which I called in to bro In law.
