They misdiagnosed my laptop and I spent a month with out it for no reason.
They tried to sell me a $100 OS re installation even though I personally couldnt even install an OS on it myself let alone get the CD drive to be recognized in BIOS!!!
I was scammed out of $40 to misdiagnose my laptop and I now have to drive 30 minutes just to ask for my money back since their phone service is so bad and I get disconnected every time I call.
The lady at the checkout who didn't know what she was talking about said it was probably a driver issue and offered no further help, the cashier register woman was probably plug and play like my CD drive.
I think the $40 is payment to not deal with you guys again.
