I requested that my insurance be cancelled the first of January of 2019 and the Loomis Company continued to charge me. Back in March I sent them a message requesting my plan be canceled since it was supposed to be back in January and they never did it. They say it has to be done in a portal and my request was never granted. This company is a total scam, I will go without insurance before using this company ever again!
