We purchased a vehicle from Germain several years ago, and have had it serviced here since (now 2 vehicles). Their service department has been great! They have been honest about what needs serviced, what can wait, if you can find something aftermarket cheaper, researching and applying discounts (unprompted), and just overall pleasant people! We recently had a situation where they found a mistake was made at one of our service appointments. They brought it to our attention, apologized, and have gone well above what we expected to remedy the situation! I would recommend them to anyone. The service employees here really take pride in their work, and it shows!
