I am appauled at how the homeless office is set up...

I am appauled at how the homeless office is set up. The people that work there are sitting on top of each other and there is no privacy for a Veteran to talk with a counselor. I've been there 2x and both times you can hear other Veterans and their private situations. Counseling is supposed to be private. Im going to have Veterans file a complaint that goes to the homeless office by the mental health clinic. This is a HIPAA violation, being able to listen to other peoples problems as they try to get help. This Veteran disclosed she was HIV Positive and was dealing with some serious issues but I can look at her and know all her business (and don't know her). This other Gentleman (who I saw), I looked at him talking about being homeless for 8 years and having Hepatitis and he looked so scared to me because he was out in the open telling all his business. I should not know these Veterans problems, let alone my own being put out there. Their dignity is being stripped from them because there is no privacy at that office. It bothered me!
