I had to call several time to get a simple answer ...

I had to call several time to get a simple answer that could have been resolved in one call. I made several extra payments above my normal monthly payment durng my program to help settle my debt quicker. Not all of my debt was settled as agreed upon. I was told I would have to extend my program. That was not part of the agreement. So I closed my account. You would be better off going with a different company to settle your debt. Do your research and know what you are getting into.
