They advertise, fill vacancies, screen tenants, handle repairs and maintenance, and provide detailed accounting. The staff at SDL is always available and courteous. I have had a great experience with everyone; especially JR. SDL has earned my trust. They do what they say and say what they do. The last thing I want to do is worry about my properties and tenants, with SDL, I don t.
