I cannot say enough good things! We worked predominantly with Yumi and a little with Andy while buying a home in Salem, Oregon. Both were incredibly responsive. For example, when we needed a new offer letter or had a question we generally recieved a response in 15-30 minutes, even during evening hours. This was appreciated because in a hot market, you often need to make offers and negotiation-related decisions quickly. I did some rate comparisons before choosing a lender and found that their rates were generally lower than others. As first-time home buyers, we had a number of questions and Yumi was always very helpful in providing valuable information up front and helping us weigh the pros and cons. I will be referring our friends and family.
