Do not buy insurance from these thieves !!!!!

My dog died in November 2018. I sent a certificate of cremation. After several months of sampling I contact them to find out where my case is: they have not received the certificate (it is very unfortunate), they retort that the certificate of cremation does not show the death of the dog (ah good?) , and that I should have prevented them 3 months after the event so no refund possible. (I already had another experience with them and started to know their way to get the most out of money!)

In short I ask my vet for a report attesting to the death. I get it and send it.

They notify me the termination but continue to collect me while refusing to pay me months subscription for nothing!

Today I consider an action because it is just inadmissible!

So a tip: run away like the plague !!!!!! You will only have problems !!!!! They do everything to not pay you back, not to cancel, ....
