Lots of caked on dust on ac unit and hairdryer. HVAC not working. Staff is great, though... but the cleaning person isn't getting the nooks and crannys! Staff just aren't empowered to anything but keep moving me. original room. Ok.... i rolled with it after seeing my breath for 45 mins. Moved to a room down the hall. No hot water.... (which meant in the whole block of rooms). I have been trying to "be" in "a hotel" for 8 hours now. No sleep and it's 650 am now. Unfortunately, I'm here on businesses and all of our conferences are in the wing they placed me in, so I will not have slept and will take a cold shower if I take one, and will hope they have the H2o fixed by lunch.

They say that they just started refreshing the hotel... but for an Omni, they should have booked my group in a different area, since am guessing these are known issues.
