If there are a choice for minus (-) five stars, we would give it to this company! Their customer service reps are proud and rude, we do not know why except it is now a temporarily trendy company. We are new to their website, and tried to register as owners of a vacation rental property, but we never had a chance to finish the registration, even after answering their personal questions! They promised their tech support will contact us to solve the problems but we received a condescending and insulting reply indicating they will "permanently deactivate our right to use their website!" Apparently, if you complain about this company, they will lock you out. This arbitrary treatment forced us go to go TripAdvisor.
