London, stop before Harrods, on the 2nd of November around 12:30, after ten minutes a full bus came. The driver told us to wait another ten minutes the next. After three-quarters of an hour, none still appeared, neither full nor empty. We had to go to another stop and both there and at the Marble Archive stop nobody knew how to tell us anything. Almost two hours wasted.
