I was rather disappointed in this Hyatt hotel. The room was rather drab and the mattress was very old and lumpy! Definitely not something I was expecting from a Hyatt Regency!

On the plus side the staff was kind and professional, the breakfast buffet at Shula's was a good value and the downtown location was central to many of the sights Houston has to offer.
