Overall it was great. Technology at the office seems to be state-of-the-art (hooray for not getting a puff of air in your eye) and exams are thorough and not rushed. The doctor explained some things about astigmatism and eye dryness no other optometrist had taken the time to lay out for me, and I feel that info will be useful to me in keeping my eyes healthier. Office is also attractive and I didn't wait long to be seen. The cons, which didn't ruin my experience by any means, but just to give a full picture: I felt very pressured by the receptionist to get a $35 upcharge retinal exam. He didn't explain why, he just kept stating that most people get it. I had to refuse three times which felt excessive. The glasses salesperson who helped me was also a little aggressive and followed me around selecting frames for me to try on. Other than that, excellent service and I plan to come back here for future examinations and any other needs that may arise.
