Your freshdesk ios app is very slow. It takea forever to close tickets out. I am on a paid version and this problem keeps happening!!! Can you guys help

Any idea when your IOS app will be fixed? It takes forever to load, and close tickets etc. it seems like you guys went backwards with the update.
