I had originally place a order for delivery at 12:45pm for a large pepperoni pizza pie and had a coupon for 'Free 1/2 dozen garlic knots and 2L soda with a large pie'. They had told me the coupon could only be used for a pick up and I said okay since I only live down the road.

Came in later to pick up the pie, no problem, but when we arrived home the pie was burnt yet cold. I called and complained and they they offered to deliver a new pie no charge.

At 1:40 I called once again asking where the new pie was because I've been waiting for 2 hours for a pie. I was put on hold multiple times for minutes at a time already frustrated. The hostesses were saying the pie was already out for delivery. The owner said he apologized and said they were busy and offered to make the new pie himself and give me my money back.

An hour after that at 3:50 THREE HOURS LATER I called once and they said they said that the delivery driver said he would be there shortly and that there was only 1 driver. I Iive not even 5 minute away. Extremely annoyed we drove down there (took 3 minutes).

1. The restaurant was completely empty with no customers
2. The delivery driver was standing right there and was never on his way

I have worked at multiple Italian restaurants where pizza is made. I have actually once worked at Filetto's and know exactly how long it take to make a pizza. It DOES NOT take 4 hours for a simple pie and sadly this is not the first time this has happened to me from ordering from Filetto's.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED*
