On Monday, August 3, 2015, at Larry Miller VW in Avondale, AZ, I had my 60,000 mile service done on my 2012 Jetta, which I bought (used) there almost 2 years ago. The service items were very extensive, and included catching up on something missed at 40,000 miles, so I spent a considerable sum of money (over $1400). I brought the car in without an appointment a few days earlier than I intended, because the car's battery had just died. So I feel glad I could get it all done in one day with no appointment. The service department guy who handled my visit was Jason Dixon, and I am pretty well satisfied with the way things turned out with his coordination. I expected a survey that was more than a single question, but what I have seen so far is a single survey question which amounted to choosing between satisfied or not satisfied. For this maintenance visit I am well satisfied. However, I need to write
a separate review for the bad treatment I got after I bought the car there, related
to salesman Pedro's 18 months of stringing me along with promises I would get the 2nd key (I only got one), That should not be considered a detraction from THIS review.
