The Service was horrible. We were sat down at the breakfast table and waitress just disappeared immediately and has not explained that there was a food bar that we had to get food from, no drinks offered. It took a great while before our waitress showed up at our table. The breakfast food bar - the food quality on a very low end.
Ordered a Cesar salad at the bar and the dressing was NOT Cesar it was balsamic Dijon, when I brought this up I was told that it's how they make it.
In the game room a lot of games just eat the tokens and that's it. Waste of money and no game - horrible.
One of the shower heads on the shower did not work.
When I tried connecting to WiFi I got an error message that 200 licenses exceeded I could not connect. Called front desk and got redirected to support, spend 45 minutes on phone before I could use WiFi. this should not be happening.
When I went to front desc to bring up all the issues to their attention, I felt like that was a very little concern at all to my issues, I sensed indifference. I stayed at much cheaper hotels and my concerns were addressed in a much better way.
For the price this place charges for their rooms IT IS JUST unacceptable.
