This is a request for a refund where the order was cancelled on 6 July. This company replied only on 13 July to say the refund has been made to my paypal account. In short no refund has actually been made and it's day 8 since order was cancelled for a refund!

In the first instance, I did not make payment by paypal. My payment was made directly via my creditcard. This shows the level of incompetence and inefficiency that underpins the operations of this company.

Despite a message from the company that refund has been made, it is very obvious this is another way to distract from the real issues. NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE.



I am sure the public will not trust a company who cannot even refund let alone to the right payment card. Any customer will be concerned making payments via credit or debit card on your online platform if this is the sort of situations they end up with.
