Absolutely the worst insurance company around. I had an insurance policy through them for 6-8 months and after never receiving an insurance card or policy information by mail or email, I called to cancel and that's when I was sent around to different people only to be told it can't be done verbally and they didn't even have any of the correct contact information for me but were able to have the correct billing information. I had to Google what information i got from my banks billing statement in order to find and cancel my policy.
