Our experience with Custom Air was exceptional! We bought a house with an old furnace and A/C. The furnace was making a loud noise, so we called an HVAC company. We were told to just replace the furnace. I called Custom Air to get a second quote. Well, Custom Air diagnosed a problem with our cold air returns (we only had one small cold air return). They sent their remodeling professional to our house and worked up a very smart, efficient plan to install cold air returns into our existing home. I called four other HVAC companies and none of them diagnosed the cold air return issue.

Ultimately, we hired Custom Air and I could not be happier with our decision! They installed the new returns in two days, and the new furnace and A/C unit on a third day. Their installers were fast, professional, and friendly! I highly recommend Custom Air for your HVAC needs!
