I own 3 properties in Temecula but am absentee since I live so far away. I have trusted SDL with all aspects of my properties for a while now. They advertise, screen prospective tenants and keep units occupied, handle repairs and maintenance, and provide me with detailed accounting reports. Their staff is always available when needed and very courteous too. My experience with everything there has been excellent.
