Wild Joe and his son make the best beef jerky. I especially like the steak flavored jerky, but the peppered jerky is so strong, it is a hot joy to eat. I love cracked pepper and buy the best for myself and I see he is doing the same for his jerky. The Lemon pepper has a smooth flavor that is delicious. Cajun was wonderfully flavored without being hot. I have snacked on beef jerky from Michigan to Nevada and back again, but I recommend Wild Joe for his quality and care to keep the slices lean. He slices thin enough, so I can chomp a bite easily. Get some today and you can see for yourself. All that and the jerky is reasonably priced. New customer who will be a repeat customer.
