Front desk staff unwilling to validate parking for less than an hour, though I had eaten breakfast at the hotel (not a guest) and attended a quick appt at the maternity hospital for which they have an agreement to validate up to 90mins. The chap at the bar who took my breakfast order and dropped it down was outstanding, however.
