All before planning my wedding, Charity assured me we could have the fireplaces on. We were married in April 2019 and the library which we used for the groomsmen and the lecture hall were all cold. My makeup artist was scared to touch my face because her hands were cold. During our cocktail hour the guests complained they were cold.

I (bride) asked them to turn up the heat four times and they didn't.

We hired a host to enforce our seating chart for our reception. I should've known better when I didn't get to meet the person beforehand. Our seating chart wasn't enforced and we had wedding crashers because people were allowed to walk into our reception and sit wherever they wanted.

We paid a lot of money but on the day of our wedding the service wasn't great. And when I complained, Charity had an attitude with me.
