We were thrilled to work with Barb on the recent sale of our house. She actually helped when we bought our home 15 years ago, so it was fun to have her see us full circle when we decided to move on. Barb is always easy to reach, clear, understanding and helpful. We were extremely happy with all aspects of our interaction with her. We wholeheartedly recommend her and her forthright and friendly approach. She helped us prepare, and led us through a whirlwind sale that closed within a month of listing and sold for way over asking! Additionally we felt well looked-after by Porchlight's other staff, throughout scheduling, staging, cleaning, photography, and paperwork.
