Prob best appreciated in Summer. We went for the Santa's grotto. Despite having a time, that is just when you can join the queue which then takes ages.

Weather too miserable to fully enjoy the animals. I'm a pretty fair weather person though. I wouldn't recommend the Santa's grotto unless you have older, patient kids
