Airbnb is terrible! They only protect the host but not the customer. When you try to reach out it s nothing but people from out of the country. What a terrible service. Never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly. The lack of empathy this company has for its customers is beyond me. I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone. Don t even go with Airbnb try using different apps. This company needs to remove from the public. Hosts need to be held accountable. Only worried about making money off consumers might as well go back to using hotels.
