Build quality of Manor Homes is terrible. We had our window crack in the dining room and they refused to replace it because it was past the one year warranty. We were the second home on this block to have that window crack. A gutter fell off the house and dented my car. They refused to fix either the house or the car. They cut corners on our HVAC systems causing the back two bedrooms to be either too hot or too cold. If you tour a Manor home you will notice that the walls bow. That should be your first warning sign. And of course Manor doesn't care.

Pro tip: if you are touring houses and you want to know if Manor built the house, just look for the "seam" between the first floor and second floor in the attached picture.
