Great help, great information, always quick to get you in.
When you walk into the Emergency room, they handle it as two departments. Express Care and Emergency.
You will be seen accordingly.
A lot of ppl come here so it may be packed at times because other hospitals in the area dont cut it.
Mercy/Provena/whatever it is called now is always slow and play around with time. If you arent making them money they will have you sit around in pain, and when your bill comes, there will be charges that dont make sense.
Rush Copley handles you as you come in, sees you all the way through, and unless an emergency comes in you are out pretty quick.
I recently went in for gall bladder, they had it out the next day after putting me on meds to take away the pain. They watch you around the clock and tend to you really well. I would not hesitate to come here at all. Great people, friendly nurses, firendly helpers and aids, and they are enthusiastic to help you.
