Y'all know the landslide of mail and calls that you get when 65 gets here, and how confusing and stressful it is. Among all of this was a message from a fella named Billy McGinn. He spoke my language. He knows his product inside and out and had it all at hand immediately. He presented it ALL in a clear manner at MY pace. At his encouragement, I have called him a couple of times more with questions that have come to mind, and he has taken my call right then, and cleared up my questions and done it willingly. Folks like Billy McGinn are a precious commodity, not only to his company, but to us all. ~
