After a strange and unfortunate start, the folks at Ray were amazing. The salesman Nate was particularly attentive making sure I'd get everything ironed out and that I was well taken care of. Everyone else there was fabulous as well--hats off to Patrick. Thanks all -- so far I'm pretty happy.
