This is one impressive dealership. I nosed around and saw the place. Super clean, which impressed me. Introduced myself to the Service Manager, Service Technicians, even a Mechanic. Spoke to each about their years of experience, certifications, and opinions, everything was positive which impressed me immensely. Met my sales person at the Whitehall Food and Truck Festival, his name is Brandon Howard. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I ended up test driving and buying a 2017 Escape SE. He explained everything. The Sales Manager Gene Kelly (yes thats his name) worked with me for financing then Haley in the Finance Department assisted in completing all the millions of forms when you buy a car. I would recommend anyone to consider this place and my salesman Brandon to anyone. I can truly say, my friend, Dick Masheter.
