**UPDATE: I was contacted by Mike and he was very courteous and prompt with getting my issues resolved. He spotted the problems right away and was familiar with the procedures on how to fix the mistakes that were made. I am very appreciative that he took the time to address and fix my concerns.

If you are a military family please pay attention when you re buying a car! When purchasing my car, the dealership kept telling me I would have to pay Arizona taxes even when I kept showing them everything I read online stated I would pay my state of residency tax instead because that is where I will be registering my car. They refused to listen and made me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about. I was charged 7.8% Arizona taxes although any google search would disprove that this should have happened, but when multiple people from the dealership come up to me and make me feel like I was clueless on the topic, I trusted that they knew what they were talking about. (Fast forward, I came in contact with the Arizona Department of Revenue and Arizona DMV and they have confirmed with me that it was incorrect and I was wrongfully charged by the dealership. I now need paperwork from the dealership so I can get this resolved... more work for me !)

NEXT, the dealership then didn t want to help with registering my car, so I had them speak to a Volkswagen dealership from my home state and had them explaining the correct process, fees, and forms. Leaving the dealership, I specifically asked if I had everything I needed for registering and titling my car in my home state (because they said I had to do it on my own) and I was assured I did. That was not true. Then next day I emailed the dealership letting them know I still needed the forms and I attached a PDF copy asking for them to be filled out since they were not included in my paperwork and I was told the email was forwarded to finance and then received no word from finance. I waited to see if they would be mailed and nothing. I then found my finance managers email online and emailed him asking for the completed forms and verification on some concerns I had and was told no worries but still didn t receive the forms I need to register my car or clear answers to my questions. I waited a week, now a third time I have contacted asking for the forms and have received no response.

It s been a month and a half and I still can t register my car, even though I ve been charged registration fees, I ve been over charged on taxes, and I'm left with more questions than ever. Their communication is horrible. I live a few hours from the dealership, otherwise I would gladly drive over there but I would hate to spend more money on this dealership than I already have. These times are stressful enough and this dealership is making them so much harder.

To end positively, the only good thing about my experience at this dealership was our salesmen Eddie Jr. He was wonderful and did everything he could to help us get the car I wanted! He didn t have anything to do with the problems of the dealership. It was some individuals from management and finance that were unhelpful to us at the dealership. But Eddie Jr deserves 5 stars!
