I bought my husband a vintage Rolex on eBay as an anniversary present. I took it into Reis Nichols to learn more about the watch and inquire about service options and such. A nice guy named Matt helped answer all my questions and was super helpful. I had my 6 yo daughter with me who was a bit bored with running errands but he was super patient, knowledgeable, and made us feel totally comfortable being there. I'm excited to have this new piece in our family (a first for us) and I'm sure Matt will continue to be helpful!
