I am an internet customer. I found what I was seeking on the Lightology web site and ordered it by phone AFTER 4:30PM Chicago time - 2 1/2 hours after their shipping cut off. I asked for standard overnight shipping and got it the next day. I subsequently had a problem with the lights (which was my fault) and was helped, first on Saturday and then again on Monday. I can't remember when I had such great customer service and attentiveness from a web base business. I am POSITIVELY impressed!
