I just started my first LLC with Carosella & Associates! I do not have a business background, education in business or any business experience for that matter. I have an idea and and have been working to make it a reality. I called many attorneys for free consultations about starting a LLC and Carosella & Associates booked me first and within 3 days of my call. Vince's knowledge and experience speaks for itself. He is very easy to talk to and staff is very nice and accommodating. Needless to say, I canceled all of my other appointments. Our next meeting was quick; I explained my business idea and he did the rest (business statement, IRS tax code, ext.). The following week the state approved the LLC application, I went in to sign the papers, Vince sat down with me for a hour and explained everything I would need to know to keep me safe and organized. I was super nervous going in, but after our sit-down, I have all the confidence I need.
