Today I am buying a glue gun labeled in the department at 18.90, at the checkout it goes to 30.90. I will therefore check it myself and ask an advisor who tells me that it is a labeling error and to go to the reception for the refund of the difference. However, at the reception there is no question of it because it would be worth giving me a discount and at Casto it is not the procedure!
Unbelievable, I nevertheless thought that the displayed price must be the price charged at the cash desk. I am extremely angry as it is an obvious error of the store which is not able to enforce despite the evidence.
For me it's theft!
At Casto there is everything you need, but certainly not the commercial spirit
