Not impressed-reached out to them in a matter that escalated and went sideways. Asked them to intervene and speak with local businesses who ended up violating ADA title 3. Shame in these times that people are so oblivious to laws and policies. Too bad, after 24 years I was just getting used to all these issues. And dealing with them. I raised my standards now you should up yours.
