Emerson Network Power Review

This is more to offset the people who believe this to be the maker of the cheap Emerson TV's. That is a completely separate company. This company is best known for items like smart thermostats, valves, and engineering solutions.

I have an Emerson LC320EM2 A and the HDMI port won't work with my Fire Stick. My fire stick works on other tv's. Emerson has firmware upgrades for other tv's but not mine. I looked at the online reviews on several web sites and a lot of people are having problems getting proper tech support aside from basic troubleshooting. The USB isn't reading my digital camera either. I'm very disappointed with this tv manufacturer. This is my first and last Emerson purchase, if they can't fix their defective products.

Very rude staff manning the guard booths. Not helpful in the least. By the way this was the west/central area of emerson's property on Woodstock. I understand they own the portion of Woodstock near West Florissant, but coming from S Florissant rd they need to label and mark it better. All I did was mess up and took a wrong turn while mowing lawns in the area. No reason for them to yell.

Correction: Emerson Quiet Kool - Will not honor their warranty for dehumidifier that stopped working during 1st year. Will not respond to my telephone calls or email. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DECEITFUL AND FRAUDULENT PRACTICES!!! TERRIBLE PRODUCT IMO JUNK !!!
