I had booked the room as a present for my husbands...

I had booked the room as a present for my husbands birthday and ordered the decadence package, I did online check but couldnt get in the room at least 1 hour after time i said id arrive. The champagne and chocs arrived in the room only after we had gone out and returned to the room so the chocs were nice and warm. The staff tried to charge me for the breakfast and valet parking which I had to keep reminding them was part of the package. the room was lovely but wont stay again.
