Garbage hospital. My mom had an appointment (scheduled 3 weeks in advance) to consult with a heart doctor. Well on the day of her appointment she luckily decided to call to confirm everything. (All they had sent us was one piece of paper and it was useless information.) Turns out they didn't accept our insurance, so they were about have us drive all the way to nashville (from KY) to learn our insurance isn't accepted. Well we asked how much it would be out of pocket to consult the doctor and "they couldn't make that estimate until after the consultation." And on top of all of this, the piece of paper we got in the mail had an address that would have taken us 15-20 miles away from where we were supposed to go, keep in mind the paper had all the specific information..the doctors name, etc etc.
