I had a great experience until it came time to purchase the vehicle - which you'd think would be the easiest part, you're giving them money! I went to test drive late on Tuesday night and wanted the night the get my budget together for the price we got to. Wednesday morning, we reached out and informed JB (our sales consultant) that we wanted to buy the vehicle and he said the vehicle was to be taken OFF THE LINE (which led me to believe it was more or less reserved, silly me). I was sent a credit application and submitted it quickly, right before noon. I got a call saying I was approved for the amount and monthly payments I needed (great!) and I asked for the interest rate and other information to be emailed to me and JB said he'd get it to me. He also asked when we wanted to come by, either Monday (which was a date we set since we were both off work) or tonight after work. I told him I wanted to come tonight, but had to work out the logistics (obviously you can't drive a car there and leave with two) and that I'd let him know as soon as I could. I emailed JB several times throughout the afternoon asking for the financial information and never heard back until he called me at 3pm, clearly angry that I hadn't called him back because he "was supposed to leave at 3pm". I apologized and said that my husband and I are both at work and I was trying my best to get it all figured out - I wanted to get the vehicle tonight. THEN he informed me that the vehicle I had been working on all day with him to buy has been sold THIS MORNING. My credit was ran at 11:30am. So now, I have no vehicle and my credit has taken a hit. I will never do business with Grubbs Nissan, I'm truly appalled by what happened here.

UPDATE:
Per recommendation, I tried calling the GM, Ethan Lee - called at 10:30am and 1:30pm today and left voicemails. Haven't heard back.
