After being transferred there by ambulance in the middle of a snow storm from Utica, staff were extremely friendly and took the time to get to know me, started out in the ER for an hour, moved up to a double room, then after 45 minutes moved to a single. I had 2 procedures done here regarding my gallbladder and it's removal. The doctors were very nice, some told jokes to keep the atmosphere light, which i really appreciated as i was really nervous. pain meds were taken care of on time besides one occasion because of a sudden influx of patients which i fully understand. They all took the time to learn my pronouns and preferred name which was amazing as i didn't even approach the subject they did themselves! every single one of my nurses during my 3 day stay was so kind. I don't understand how there could be so many negative reviews!
