I will start off by saying I love my home. I love my neighbors. I love my community. But I do not like nor love the terrible customer service we receive from Four Leaf. Our lot rent has gone up twice since they bought our park. It always says it s to allow them to keep giving us the quality service that we re used to. That is not true. Our rent keeps going up, but the service is steadily declining. The roads do not get plowed in a timely manner. They are never salted. During the winter, there is ice everywhere. Our playground is unsafe due to the lack of wood chips. The real icing on the cake was when we were told we would have to pay to repair our water heater. We are renters. But then, we were also told that if the water heater needs to be replaced, we will have to give them the serial number because it will become part of the home under contract. So this company is telling us that we need to pay to keep our home habitable, which is a landlord s responsibility, but that in doing so, we have to give them the things we buy. That is illegal. I would not recommend moving into any community they own.
