I am very disappointed by the way BHC handles each...

I am very disappointed by the way BHC handles each case. Mine was a very straight forward case with genuine issues for family visit to uk and I have applied in fast track by paying extra sum. But there was no proper communication, response and my application is still in process since 7 working days. So pls beware of fast track service and assume that like other govt organisations here things will be slow and cumbersome.
