The dust has yet to settle from our move into the South Loop condo that Matt helped us purchase, but I wanted to add my voice to the chorus of positive reviews for Matt and his team. We chose to start the home-buying process with him on the basis of positive Yelp reviews and we are very happy with that decision. My spouse and I were in the midst of a very busy (tax) season at work and Matt and his team couldn't have been more helpful and organized once we found a place we liked enough to make an offer on. We appreciated the prompt calendar invites from Jamie every time a showing was scheduled as well as the whole team's flexibility in changing plans as things popped up. Matt himself was candid and straight-forward during this entire process, and we trusted his opinions. If we ever have to move again (please God, never again), we wouldn't hesitate to work with him.
