So I have been eating this beef jerky for twenty years. It has changed it has that waxy taste now not as bad as some of the other brands but definitely can tell a difference when I used to go to the plant off spring grove I would buy huge bags directly from wild Joe himself and it truly was the best. I guess they have added preservatives to expand shelf life and it now has this little white oxygen remover pack. Go back to original or this brand will suffer door closing business decline.
